Your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issue with your order, please review the policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

Because we ship from international suppliers, we currently do not accept physical returns unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or video showing the issue

We will provide a replacement or a refund.

3. Refunds (Accepted Cases)

Refunds are granted in the following cases:

✔ The item arrived damaged or defective
✔ The item is significantly different from the description
✔ The wrong item was received
✔ The package was lost in transit (no tracking update for 30+ days)

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

❌ Customer changes mind after the product is shipped
❌ Customer provides incorrect/incomplete address
❌ Delays caused by carriers, customs, or global events
❌ Slight color or size variations due to screen or manual measurement
❌ The customer refuses delivery
❌ The tracking shows the package delivered

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrives defective or incorrect.

Return shipping costs (if needed) are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically take 5–15 business days to appear.
