When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking numbers may take 2–5 business days to show movement after the package is shipped. This is normal for international carriers. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 7 days, feel free to contact us.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within:

United States: 7–15 business days
United Kingdom & EU: 7–20 business days
Canada & Australia: 10–20 business days
Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Processing time: 1–3 business days before shipping.

My tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered 24–48 hours before actual arrival.
Please check with neighbors, your mailbox, and your local post office.
If the package still does not arrive, contact us and we’ll help immediately.

Why does my order have multiple tracking numbers?

We sometimes ship items separately to speed up delivery.
If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in different packages with different tracking numbers.
